What can bridal boutique owners expect to see from The 2nd Skin Co.’s upcoming collection at New York Bridal Fashion Week?

In a moment when spring unfolds its mantle of colors and contrasts, THE 2ND SKIN CO. presents its latest creation: the ABRIL bridal collection. Inspired by the effervescence and versatility of this season, ABRIL pays homage to the changing and multifaceted beauty of spring.

Each dress in the ABRIL collection is an ode to the most captivating elements of spring. Flowers, symbols of renewal and ephemeral beauty, are a latent element of each collection. Meticulously crafted hand-applied floral motifs adorn the dresses, breathing life into every fold and curve. Guipure lace, with floral motifs and marabou feathers, gracefully dances with the bride's movement, evoking the gentle breezes of early spring mornings.

Silks such as organza and muslin envelop the bride in a cloud of lightness and grace, while mikado adds a regal air, infusing weight and solemnity into the dresses. Taffetas, on the other hand, radiate modernity and freshness, adding a contemporary touch to the collection.

The ABRIL collection does not stop at mere representation of nature; haute couture techniques have been employed to give body to the fabrics and create a certain type of volume, achieving certain volumes that confer a magnetic presence. Skillfully employed elements add a touch of elegance and sophistication, enhancing the natural beauty of each design.

ABRIL. Ten creations, each like a visual poem dedicated to the versatility and ephemeral beauty of spring.
