Stéphane Rolland opens the doors to the exclusive universe of Haute Couture, presenting a timeless and accessible proposition. The architecture and purity of his cuts play with volumes in implacable logic, where 2 silhouettes compete, one pronounced and glamorous sometimes adorned with a giant train in puffed silk taffeta, or with ruffles of white organza abundant like a moving bush.

The other, in opposition, majestic, “infante” line with large skirts draped in white mikado embroidered with crystal and pearls, or immaculate lace. All the spirit of the couturier in 9 exclusive models for an exceptional day.

STEPHANE ROLLAND

Stéphane Rolland is one of the very few couturiers in the world who perpetuates the unique craftsmanship of French haute couture.

Stéphane began creating his first sketches at the age of 4, and his pronounced taste for fashion quickly became evident. During his teenage years, his fascination with architecture and modern art influenced his style, which has become a globally recognized signature.

His mentors, including Cristobal Balenciaga, Oscar Niemeyer, and Constantin Brancusi, all shared a common theme of playing with balance and space.

Graduating from the prestigious schools of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture Parisienne, he was advised by Pierre Bergé, who saw great potential in him, to interview at the illustrious House of Balenciaga. At 21, Stéphane Rolland became the youngest artistic director in Paris. At 24, he launched his own ready-to-wear line and signed an exclusive luxury uniform license with the House of Pierre Balmain. His success was immediate, with over 170 companies worldwide entrusting him with their image.

By 30, Stéphane Rolland became an official couturier, designing haute couture and ready-to-wear collections for Jean-Louis Scherrer on Avenue Montaigne for 10 years.

Stéphane also made his mark in cinema and theater, becoming the official partner of the Cannes Film Festival for five consecutive years. His costumes for the play Amadeus earned him two nominations at the Molières in Paris. In 2007, Stéphane Rolland opened his haute couture house, endorsed by the Fédération de la Couture and the Ministry of Industry. He describes himself as an Orientalist who works with both the minimal and the precious. Each dress he creates is a sculpture, crafted from gazar or crepe. His unique creations are now worn by the most discerning women and celebrities around the world.
