Martha Suárez
Born in Nicaragua and raised amidst the vibrant culture of Miami, Martha Suárez's creative journey draws inspiration from her Latin roots and a deep passion for Haute Couture. The story of her atelier unfolds with a personal experience that sparked a unique vision beyond traditional bridal wear.
As a second-time bride, Martha sought something distinctive, straying from the conventional "princess bride" stereotype. She longed for a design that exuded romance while being wearable beyond the wedding day. This pivotal moment led her to venture into uncharted territory, transcending the boundaries of bridal fashion. Martha's formative years in design began at the renowned Design and Architecture Senior High(DASH) in Miami's Design district. She then pursued her passion for haute couture to the bustling streets of New York City. There, she earned a coveted spot in the esteemed Haute Couture program at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), further honing her craft while earning her BFA.
Throughout her storied career, Martha Suárez has had the privilege of working with numerous big fashion brands, making her mark in both menswear and womenswear. Her extensive experience in the fashion industry has contributed to her exceptional understanding of design and luxury. Through the Suárez brand, Martha has breathed life into a fashion house that celebrates the authentic spirit of love, where every bride can find a design that mirrors her unique essence and tells her love story with artistry and grace.
